International supply
LODIFA supplies medicinal products exclusively to operators who are authorised to receive them under the laws applicable to them: wholesale distributors holding a wholesale distribution authorisation, pharmacies, hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
We do not operate an online shop for international customers. Each request is assessed individually — including the regulatory requirements that apply to the products and to the destination — and answered by a named contact.
Who can apply
- Wholesale distributors holding a valid wholesale distribution authorisation (WDA or national equivalent)
- Pharmacies and hospital pharmacies
- Hospitals and other healthcare institutions authorised to purchase medicinal products
What we will ask for
- Your company details and VAT / registration number
- A copy of your authorisation or licence, with number and issuing authority
- The name and role of the person responsible for the request
- What you are looking for: products or therapeutic areas, indicative quantities, frequency
What happens next
We verify the authorisation you provide, assess whether the request can be fulfilled in compliance with the applicable rules, and reply with a quotation or with the reasons why we cannot proceed. Requests concerning narcotic or psychotropic substances are handled separately and are subject to the specific permits required by law.
Terms
Prices are quoted in EUR. Delivery and payment terms are agreed individually with each customer, as part of the quotation.
